About this notice
This notice describes the current pre-launch website. Account registration, live service orders, online payments and server-side application submission are not connected.
Forms and sample information
Request, incident and provider forms work locally in the browser. Their values are held in page memory, not submitted to a CARIRS application server. Closing or reloading the page clears that in-memory state. Use sample details, not sensitive personal data.
Files you choose to download
Some demonstrations let you save a file to your device. The downloaded file may contain the information or signatures you entered. It remains on your device until you remove it; this website cannot delete it.
Language preference
The selected language is saved under carirs-language in your browser’s local storage, when available. It remains until you change it or clear site data. It is used to remember your language, not for advertising. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this build.
External requests and hosting
The page requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests transmit technical connection information to that provider. Visiting a hosted website also exposes connection information to the hosting infrastructure. Logging, retention and operator details must be confirmed for the actual deployment; this notice does not claim that server logs are absent.
Before live collection begins
The legal operator, public contact, processing purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention periods and rights request process are not yet confirmed. These details must be published before the website is used to collect real applications or operate accounts. This pre-launch notice is not the final privacy policy for the future app.
